Welcome Enrolled Campers!!

Once you have received our “Registration/Fee Statement” you are enrolled in Camp Bear Valley!

Please click on the appropriate link for your group specific information

ALL GROUPS must fill out the following Camp Bear Valley forms (please note, all forms must be turned in prior to camp attendance):

Permission-waiver form
Preventative products
Parent Handbook
Payment Agreement

GROUP 1

fill out Aurora Kids Gymnastic form

GROUPS 1 or 2

go to www.swimlikeafishllc.com, then to “forms” and down load the Swimmer Sign-up form,

Fill out the top and bottom portion (ignore the “lesson rates” section) and turn in with the rest of the forms prior to camp attendan

GROUPS 2 to 6

fill out both Greatland Martial Arts and Aurora Kids Gymnastics forms.

Please write on the top of each form your child’s First (1^st)choice and Second (2nd) choice of activity they would like to participate in. We try to accommodate everyone’s preference.
